Bread Baking Workshop Is Back
Sourdough bread is interesting and fun to bake; and the results at home can be better than anything you can get at any commercial bakery. In this 3.5-hour workshop you will learn the basic skills and techniques to get you going with baking at home. Tuition includes pre-class resources and advice for optimal preparation, ingredients for the class (including sourdough starter to take home), and post-class advice, if needed. The teacher is Four Worlds owner and head baker Michael Dolich and the class is taught at the bakery; class size is 6 people. Enrollment is always open and a class time and date will be scheduled after the 6th enrollee at a time that fits the schedule of everyone, usually a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. To enroll, email the bakery. Tuition is $150 and is not refundable.
This place deserves your attention. Small store, but their products got
the goods. Everything we ordered has been a home run. We had the
Challah, MultiGrain bread, Chocolate Strudel, Almond Croissant,
Everything Bagel. Artisan quality, affordable realistic prices. The
front girl was very helpful and friendly and can answer any question you
